Oscar Smith to Play Maryland-Power in I-95 Kickoff Classic

Oscar Smith will carry the banner for Virginia when it takes on Gilman in the 2011 I-95 Kickoff Classic, which features high school football teams from Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Eight games will be played over a three-day period starting on September 1st at Bowie State and Morgan State Universities in Maryland.
